Getting started at Next-Gen Academy

1. Creating your account

1. Open the app at app.techhaven360.com.
2. On the welcome screen, choose Create account.
3. Enter your full name, a real email address, and a password of at least 8 characters.
4. Tap Create account — you'll be signed in right away, with your own Candidate Number assigned automatically.

Already have an account? Choose Log in instead and enter your email and password.

2. Choosing your subjects

1. Open the Subscribe tab — this shows every subject available for The Gambia's WASSCE curriculum.
2. Each subject is its own 30-day subscription, priced in GMD.
3. Tap Subscribe on any subject to begin checkout with Modem Pay.
4. Once payment is confirmed, that subject unlocks immediately — you'll see "Active until [date]" on the card.
5. When a subscription is close to expiring, we'll email you a reminder — and you can tap Extend or Renew any time from the same screen.

3. Using the Study Hall

Open the Study tab, pick a subject you're subscribed to, and choose a topic. From there, four tools are available:

• Start self-assessment — short practice questions on the topic, so you can check your understanding.
• Show me a diagram — ask for a diagram of any process, cycle, or structure related to what you're studying (for example, "the nitrogen cycle"), and one is generated for you on the spot.
• Further reading — a curated list of extra resources for the subject, when available.
• Get progress report — a summary of how you're doing on this subject based on your self-assessment scores so far.

These tools are supplementary — they're here to reinforce what you're already learning in class, not replace it.

4. The Book Store

1. Open the Book Store tab to browse recommended textbooks and study guides.
2. Tap Buy on any book, choose a quantity, and pick Digital (instant access) or Physical (shipped to you — you'll be asked for a delivery address).
3. After payment, check My orders (inside the Book Store tab) to see the status of every purchase and download a PDF receipt.
4. Physical orders show "Paid — awaiting shipment" until they're actually sent; digital orders unlock immediately.

5. Managing your account

• Forgotten your password? On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
• Signing out: use the Log out button in the app's header at any time — you'll be returned here to the Next-Gen Academy home page.
